Star Review Our stay this weekend was extremely disappointing and unfortunately not somewhere I would ever recommend. The bathroom smelled strongly of vomit upon arrival, which immediately made the room feel unclean and poorly maintained. The mattress had a noticeable dip in the frame, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The towels were dingy, and the walls were so thin that we could hear everything happening in neighboring rooms. Several amenities advertised were either broken or unusable. The breakfast drink machine did not work. The vending machine did not work. However, we were told we could purchase a $2 bottle of water from the front desk. On top of that, the shower curtain was not waterproof, leaving a large pool of water on the bathroom floor after every shower. Overall, this experience felt neglected and poorly managed. Cleanliness, basic maintenance, and functioning amenities are the bare minimum for a hotel stay, and this property did not meet those standards. I would strongly encourage management to address these issues before hosting more guests. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but the bathroom wall molding was coming loose, the tub had a shower nozzle but no way to make water flow to the shower, no way to make the sink plug work, sheet had a quarter-size hole in it. In general, it looked shabby and not kept up, both in the building and in the supplies like sheets.

I know I paid for this room, but I just closed my bank account because I moved and no longer wanted to bank an hour away from home. So I wasn’t able to verify the payment. The guy behind the desk took about 5 minutes to greet us, got a little rude with us & said we still needed to pay even though the app said we paid & we just felt really uncomfortable in that side of town being 3 young women. So we left & did not stay.

We arrived at about noon. Knew there was a chance our room would not be ready. There were two cars in parking so thought it wasn’t full. When asking the front desk about checking in so we could leave our things before going on a lunch date, we were informed that no rooms were available right that minute and if we wanted to check in before 3pm, there would be a $40 early check in fee. We went on to lunch and checked in at 3:06. On checking in, there was another person at the front - a less-than-welcoming man, who we found it hard to understand. Rooms were clean and adequate for a quick overnight stay, but do not recommend this. There are many other nearby options.

Strangely, we were only given one set of towels even though the reservation was clearly for two. The “breakfast” was also a huge disappointment. The drink machine was broken, there was a waffle iron but the batter dispenser was completely empty, and there was no milk for the cereal. There wasn’t even jam to spread on the toast (at least the toaster appeared to be working). Finally, there is supposedly a pool that is open at the time of our stay, but it was covered over. I will say that the one front desk staff person was extremely friendly and helpful. This clearly wasn’t his fault. The management simply hasn’t invested in the upkeep for this property to make it a pleasant stay for guests. The excellent customer service is the only reason I haven’t given this hotel 1 star.
