Staff was pleasant and kind. Charged a $100 additional "HOLD" for damages that exceeded the room rate. Told it would drop off and not go thru, however as of 24 hrs it has gone thru. Now I have to either wait to see if they reverse it or call them. Room was in good condition. Clean fluffy large towels. Coffee maker water reservoir was dirty needed cleaning. Shower is old and had low water pressure but water was hot. Toilet is facing shower, and so close, it is difficult for an older person or handicapped person to use without hitting your head on the glass shower door. Nice continental breakfast, but coffee was not very hot. Not much in the way of drinks vending. Zero snacks available.

This hotel is safe and clean place to stop on a trip with a reasonable breakfast. The staff are nice and helpful. The lift was out when we stayed so not pleased to carry cases up stairs but they did find a second floor room to replace our third floor one.
