"The hotel is a bit too old and need a renovation, especially the bathroom and the toilet bowl.
The AC is too old and not cold enough. The pics are outdated.
No elevator. Not for people with many luggages to stay.
Staff allowed me to change another room but still quite disappointing. "

"Le doy 3 estrellas porque la ubicación es muy buena y la ducha funcionaba y el baño estaba limpio. La habitación pudiera estar mucho mejor. Considero que con un poco de mantenimiento resolvería muchos de los problemas estéticos. Lamentablemente la cama no era muy cómoda y desafortunadamente algunos miembros del staff se comportaron de manera muy indiferente casi apática a excepción de las damas de recepción que lo hicieron bien.
