"This was an amazing experience. The food was plentiful and the staff very attentive. The bedroom was perfect being a corner room with balcony. Couldn’t have been better.

"The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise."
"Good value for money, staff were great, food was plentiful and fresh, rooms could do with a spruce up but comfortable bed and had own bathroom/toilet. Crew were really helpful and they made the trip fun for all passengers. Squid fishing was fun and making Vietnamese spring rolls. Disappointing to see so much trash in the sea, although this is out of control of this particular cruise boat."
"Halong is amazing- must see. Food and service fantastic on this cruise but the activities could have all been packed into a 1 night cruise- lot of down time between activities."
"We had a great time on board! We booked the 3 days cruises, which we highly recommend to everybody. The team was fabulous! We would like a special thank you to Mia, who always provided us with excellent service regarding food and drink during our trip. Also a big thank you to Anna for all the transfer services from Ninh Binh and to Hanoi, vey much appreciated!

"First I would like to say the staff is extremely nice and helpful and they work hard to make you happy. Many meals are served and food variety is very rich.
Our stay at Alisa Cruise was disappointing for two main reasons. First, the overall experience is extremely touristic and industrial. All activities they offer end up being very crowded as you do the same activities as at least another dozen boats. They took us to a beach which was so tiny and busy and we preferred going back to the tiny...
"Good choice of boat. Good food, fun activities, pleasant service. They coped very well with requests for gluten-free food and no seafood.
My original departure was cancelled due to tropical storm but they contacted me, arranged a new date that suited me and helped me sort my transport to and from Halong (from Hanoi and to Ninh Binh)"
"Rosy Cruise was a beautiful ship to be on. The rooms were phenomenal, the food was delicious and the staff were friendly and amazing. There were tons of activities and Halong Bay was an incredible place to be.

"We did a two night cruise with arena and harley.Enjoyed every moment of it. The staff were amazing, especially Duc,
and accommodated, our every need, help and we're very responsive with any requests."
"Wonderful resort with breathtaking view from our room. Room is very clean, nice and comfortable. The staffs are very attentive, polite and helpful. Got our breakfast coffee made by Mr. Huy Thắng, very appreciate with the care by the staffs here. We love here so much that we extended our stay for another 2 days. The only thing need to be improved is the restaurant here is a little pricey for dinner and didn’t have much choices, had to go out for dinner. Other than that, we are really love this resort. Will come back again soon."
