"The price is excellent and hotel outlook is fancy but the room facilities are very, very, very basic. All furniture is very, very, very old and with poor maintenance. Window was leaking when rained heavily. Staffs are very nice and helpful."

"Unfortunately, our room was extremely dirty. There was mold, stained sheets and curtains, and damage in the bathroom. We raised these issues with staff, but they were not handled appropriately during our stay. Very disappointing experience!!"
