Incredible view and everything brand new!

Brand new hotel, we’re fortunate enough to be arranged to a harbour view studio. Gym and rooftop BBQ place are one of the highlights we enjoyed very much. Only downside is the studio is incredibly small so with a small family is a bit of a stretch, they have a cot which is a big plus!

Our 2 bed apartment had a great view to Hong Kong island. There's a washer/ dryer machine in the apartment which is a bonus. All the staffs were very polite and accommodating.

Great views and location

Great location close to MTR, we stayed in a two bedroom sea view and the views were excellent. Decent size for HK. House keeping was only once every 3 days though and with kids the floor gets filthy without daily vacuum. Otherwise cannot fault the hotel.

The view was amazing and the building is very new. Rooms were big and had everything a family of 5 needed. There is a small grocery store 5 mins away along with convenience store, pharmacy and restaurants. We would definitely consider this place first when we come back.

Great place to work and live. It’s 7 minute walk to MTR so quite convenient. There are not many restaurants until they open up below or you walk 10 minutes to the local shopping centre. Taxi’s know the place so generally all good.

It was way beyond our expectations in many aspects: 1. Priceless ocean view 2. Clean and new all around 3. Great service front desk 4. Phenomenal property. I never write reviews but had to for Townplace its that nice. Impeccable condition, still feels brand new 6 months in. Design is extraordinary. They thought of everything and more in both the individual bedrooms, but particularly the common spaces on the upper floors. Magnificent views of the harbor, and easy metro access gets you anywhere easily. Door to door in Central HK in 16 mins.
