"Very clean , location is 167 steps to the beach. I didn’t realize how close we were to the beach so that was such a nice surprise. The place is in a gated community, that closes at 6 pm. You’re able to access via the gate guard on camera. The home was perfect for the 6 of us. 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and the living room was perfect size to hangout with everyone without feeling squished. "We were "upgraded" shortly before our one night stay to this room without a window. It didn't matter for us because we weren't there except to sleep, but it wouldn't be a place I'd want to spend more than one night. The location is excellent. The hosts are very easy to reach. We had three issues, one being very spotty internet, the Roku TV didn't work right (not a huge deal generally, but my husband had hoped to watch a NBA playoff game), and the worst part was no hot water.
