"All the staff were so helpful and polite .we stayed in a junior suite which was very comfortable and spacious with a super king bed. Breakfast was sumptuous and plentiful, we dined in for dinner which @ £45 per head for 3 courses was delicious and well worth it "

"Everything was very clean and the property is beautiful. It’s nice to see a place maintain the original design. The carpet in the room was looking a little tired but not too bad. "

"On arrival the greeting was so welcoming. We had also had an upgrade in room. The room spotless and a gorgeous view of the well maintained garden. The breakfast was amazing with both a choice of fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt. Then a coked breakfast with several choices of either full cooked or eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs and bacon, eggs Florentine also vegetarian choices. This was an outstanding experience."

"Breakfast choice was excellent and beautiful presented. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Our bedroom was very comfortable ,well furnished and lovely bathroom. We know refurbishing has to be done , unfortunately we looked through the scaffolding at the lovely Lake view but staff and the delicious breakfast compensated . we will return. "
