"The hotel itself is nice, the room was good. I stayed in two types, as on arrival my room in the main hotel (standard double) wasnât ready. They put be in the beach wing for one night. The standard double was considerably nicer than the beach wing room. What really lets this place down is the food. "We had an amazing stay at Domes Noruz Chania! The customer service was excellent throughout our visit in every aspect. The food was great, and we loved our spacious, clean room with a private pool overlooking the ocean. The concierge gave us fantastic recommendations for beaches and wineries, which made our trip even better. This was the second Domes hotel we stayed at during our travels, and once again, we had a wonderful experienceâwe loved both!"
