"Venue is located within a high rainfall area, a massive improvement would be an undercover walkway from the carparks to the rooms. Also the hot water was turned off approx 60 mins prior to our check out time, we were packed ready to go but had to have a cold shower prior to leaving as our hot water was switched off."

"There was no one there at all that represented the owner for the entirety of our stay and it felt strange being there by ourselves. The doors that opened to the outside of the room were too difficult for my wife to open and would have been disastrous in the event of a fire. Maintenance is required."
