"We stayed in the large apartment which was spotless, had excellent space, friendly staff who were very accommodating with excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely return again. The spa was supposed to be closed during our stay and they managed to open it which was an added bonus. We were compensated for the loss of the days spa too. Thank you all for looking after us! We loved our experience. "

"This property is truly at Intercontinental level. Everything is well and thoroughly thought out for your convenience, comfort and delight. The rooms are impeccable, the bedding is perfectly comfortable and clean, the lighting has more options than I thought I would need and now I am spoiled! I want the same options at home. The bathroom is spacious, well furnished and it has a speaker so you don’t miss the news. The breakfast is regal, with so many options that even my picky husband had only good things to say. The staff is pitite, warm and knowledgeable. We will come back! Thank you!!"

"The staff were nice, location great, but the hotel was not as described, no breakfast available to purchase, no pool, no spa, coffee / tea only on arrival, no gym, no room safe, room not serviced for the full 4 nights we stayed. "

"The hotel is very convenient located, next to metro and bus stations. Very good size for the room. To improve customer experience, a shower curtain is recommended. Also a different style of toilet seat as the existing one is very uncomfortable. Free parking available from the hotel in the back of the building is definitely a plus as the area is usually very busy and hard to find parking. The fridge and the air condition are good addition to the room and we took advantage of them during hot weather. I would come back and stay at this hotel in the future."
