"Magnificent location, staff, amenities and food. We were extremely impressed with Brenner Park Hotel. The staff are particularly wonderful, very accommodating and kind. The grounds, sauna facilities, pool and gym are very nice and beautiful maintained. During our stay another building of the hotel was being renovated (which we knew about when booking) and we did not hear a peep, did not have a single disturbance, you would never know renovations were happening in the nearby building. Truly a 5-star hotel with 5-star service and staff. We look forward to returning. "

Genuinely friendly and impeccably trained, they strike the rare balance between attentiveness and discretion. Every request was met with a smile, and their seamless coordination behind the scenes ensured my experience felt effortless from check-in to checkout. Cleanliness is clearly a cornerstone of this hotel’s philosophy. My room was spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged—like a haven waiting to be discovered after a long day. Crisp linens, gleaming surfaces, and a soft, calming scent set the tone for restorative rest. Each meal was a culinary delight. Breakfast in particular deserves special mention—not just for the variety of fresh and delicious offerings, but for the absolutely stellar service from Gabrielle. Despite the breakfast room being bustling with guests, Gabrielle remained a pillar of poise and professionalism. "I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was large, spotlessly clean, and offered great service throughout. One of the real highlights was the beautiful balcony overlooking a peaceful, tree-lined street. The space itself was bright, airy, and well-maintained, and overall the hotel felt welcoming and well run. I only had two small gripes: firstly, I really wished there had been a kettle in the room – it’s a small touch that makes a big difference, especially for tea drinkers! Secondly, the "double" bed was actually two singles pushed together, and unfortunately, they hadn’t used a single large sheet or blanket to bring it together properly. As a result, the mattresses kept moving apart, which made it a little uncomfortable. That said, these were minor issues in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. I’d definitely consider returning – especially if those small details were addressed."
