"Room was nicer than the photos and bigger than it looked. AMAZING location, just a short walk from the start of the hiking trails in to the Black Forest and a short walk to the city centre with plenty of options for shopping, spas, and restaurants. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I will gladly come back here again!"

"Good location to famous spa"

"I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was large, spotlessly clean, and offered great service throughout. One of the real highlights was the beautiful balcony overlooking a peaceful, tree-lined street. The space itself was bright, airy, and well-maintained, and overall the hotel felt welcoming and well run. I only had two small gripes: firstly, I really wished there had been a kettle in the room – it’s a small touch that makes a big difference, especially for tea drinkers! Secondly, the "double" bed was actually two singles pushed together, and unfortunately, they hadn’t used a single large sheet or blanket to bring it together properly. As a result, the mattresses kept moving apart, which made it a little uncomfortable. That said, these were minor issues in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. I’d definitely consider returning – especially if those small details were addressed."
