"The hotel is modern, clean and in an ideal location for airport convenience. There are other food and shopping options nearby. The pool and roof bar terrace are wonderful, with reasonably priced food and drinks and helpful, friendly staff. The highlight for me was the amazing customer service supplied by front desk staff. I had to buy a new suitcase and found one online that I wanted to purchase. I needed the case that day as I was flying out the following morning. I do not speak Vietnamese and could not process the order myself as the site did not recognise my overseas telephone number. A staff member used his own phone to communicate with the seller and to ensure I received the case later that day with it being delivered to the hotel. There is no way that I could have done this without the superb customer service I received from this staff member. He even communicated with colleagues to ensure that staff arriving for the next shift were aware of the upcoming delivery after he had left for the day. I am extremely impressed and grateful for the service I received- it was exceptional."

"This was unequivocally the best hotel stay I’ve heard had ever! I was here for 6 nights in March 2026. The staff are all amazing. They recognized me and referred to me by name. Super accommodating (I ran out of time on my last day and just needed a few more minutes before check out, a quick WhatsApp message solved that problem with a “sure no problem” from staff. Manager Sophie and all the countless staff seemed genuinely happy to interact with me, I booked 4 massages while here. Not every massage was perfect but that’s due to me not picking the right one for me. But that’s no judgement on the masseuse. The restaurant breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooftop bar/pool was cozy and comfortable. Staff booked many reservations for me as well (restaurant, barbershop), so nice! I feel awful that I’m not naming more staff by name. They were all professional and warm. If this is the standard for all Silverland branded properties I will be loyal to them as I return to Vietnam one day. Thank you!"

"Lots of stores nearby, close to major attractions. The reception staff (Nathan, Larry, Tyler and My) are attentive, very friendly and responsive. The hotel and rooms were very clean, had everything to make the stay enjoyable. Definitely would stay again. "
