"The hotel was brand new. Very clean. Nice beautiful rooms. At arrival you must check-in on a machine. I had to enter my name and reservation nr. The machine said it was unknown. I had to call assistance. They helped me out and got my roomnumber with accesscode. When I wanted to access the parking lot, the accesscode wasn't working. So I called assistance and then nobody answered. After a long day of work, this kind of sh1t p1sses me off ! 😠"

Location-wise, it is a 5 mins drive / 15 mins walk from the city centre, and the start of the cafes (recommend Kafé Kanggui), coffee shops & shopping area that begins on Rue Louis Pasteur and runs up Rue Jean Jaurès. "Stayed here to attend a conference. There's no reception but you check in electronically, and this was easy enough. I like the idea of getting a digital code to enter your room. Seems very secure. Breakfast is continental and was good but basic. There is on site parking for a small charge but I parked for free across the road. Rooms are very small but modern and clean. The desk was tiny with just enough room to allow me to work on my laptop. I would stay again, but I would really prefer the rooms to be a little bigger. "

"I stayed two nights at the property in question. The hotel's added value lies in its staff: extremely courteous and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and modern. On the first night, I stayed in a ground-floor room that had a sliding door, which was not very practical for separating the room from the bathroom. On the second night, the room was on an upper floor and decidedly more comfortable. The rooms are very small by American standards and lack a proper surface for suitcases. The temperatures are generally quite low, with limited options for adjusting the thermostat, which was locked. Additionally, in the room from the first night, the thermostat was positioned perpendicular to the radiator. I was told that the low temperatures are due to the country's energy policies, and I wonder how much this matters to tourists or people just passing through France."
