Notre troisième séjour ici, et tou s'est bien passé, la chambre executive était spacieuse et confortable. Nous devions nous rendre la matin à la clinique de Keraudren qui n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied, donc c'est le meilleur choix pour la proximité.

Fantastique Sejour au Best Western Plus Europe Hotel, l'Hotel est tres confortable et refait a neuf avec une deco soignee et moderne, mais le plus agreable est la gentillesse de cette Equipe extrement attentionnee... Hotel tres bon rapport qualité prix !

Hotel tres bon rapport qualité prix, les chambres sont tres agreables et bien équipées, hall d'accueil tres sympa, petit déjeuner varié. Seul bemol sil en faut un : son positionnement excentré du centre et dans une zone d'activité mais on le sait au moment de la réservation !!

Agréable et calme

Hôtel super calme. Dommage que le resto ne soit pas ouvert le dimanche soir. Le petit-déjeuner est assez cher. (Nous ne déjeunons pas pour ce prix là…). C’est plus qu’un repas du midi. Petit point négatif, il faut payer 25€ pour avoir accès à la piscine. Séjour néanmoins agréable.

On the first night, I stayed in a ground-floor room that had a sliding door, which was not very practical for separating the room from the bathroom. On the second night, the room was on an upper floor and decidedly more comfortable. The rooms are very small by American standards and lack a proper surface for suitcases. The temperatures are generally quite low, with limited options for adjusting the thermostat, which was locked. Additionally, in the room from the first night, the thermostat was positioned perpendicular to the radiator. I was told that the low temperatures are due to the country's energy policies, and I wonder how much this matters to tourists or people just passing through France.

Staff was nice - but not very attentive

My room was showed "occupied" in the booking system when checking in. Not ideal when checking in at 23:00 - it took almost 20 minutes to resolve the problem. I bought something from the bar when waiting - but was not offered anything. In general the hotel staff could be a little more "attentive", I waited many times when I tried to order something from the bar - and refill of breakfast items was very slow..The hotel standard is generally good - but location not very central (but close to the airport)
