"For the price 1 paid for a 1 night stay in August I was pleasantly surprised my room was spotless The lady on reception was very helpful with my enquiry’s. The only thing I didn’t like was My room overlooked a small patio area, which could do with a tidy up"

"I had a great stay for two nights. I enjoyed the breafasts each day very nice and freshley cooked and tbought staff were lovely. Location is noce and close to the beach for a nice eveing walk . Dinner there was also very nice . Overall i m plaesed and look forward staying again"

"We had a very enjoyable 2-night stay with Hannah and Andy. Our room Was sparkly clean, very well equipped with all you expect from a classic bed and breakfast. Our beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked. We felt very warm hospitality from the hosts. Hopefully will stay there again when we go to Cornwall."

"Room was adequate and clean with a quirkie toilet under the stairs behind the door inside the room that I hadn’t noticed. Sarah is lovey, friendly and a really lovely host, however should be a little more direct and forceful of her rules ( ie check out times and parking). Parking is not the best as when full at least 2 cars will be blocked in completely - and annoyingly she kept trying to encourage me to park round the corner on the road- which I did not want to do ( hence booking a b&b with car parking ). I was going to take my dog, however it was too hot so left her at home but would not have been a problem here. I would recommend this b&b although please ensure your parking and also it is a 15 min walk to town and 40 mins walk to fistral beach xx. Not a bad review just my opinion. Thank you sarah I enjoyed my stay ."
