Clean room, beyond spacious bathroom, great great great holiday theming for the holidays and a terrific breakfast, all the dishes were full both times. Very friendly staff, all super nice and a great location to rhe highway.
This hotel was a GEM to find! Huge room, wonderful breakfast, spotless clean, staff was very accommodating and made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again in the future.
The room was amazingly clean and comfortable with all of the necessities and amenities that I needed for the sudden unplanned stay that I booked with them.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is central to the Hamilton area and close to highways. The room itself had a great layout, for both working and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

We decided to have a date night and spend the evening out. The room was clean and very comforting. The staff member was originally on the phone taking a call from another customer, and once we arrived, they were attentive and friendly. We would come here again for a longer stay.
all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a minor problem with the heating system but maintenance quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. The breakfast bar was delicious!
Was here one night for a wedding that was nearby. Facilities were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. Rooms had small kitchenettes so you could keep food and/or cook in the room. This was great as we were her with many family members and we got to hang out after the reception without disturbing other hotel guests.
Quick friendly check in. Hotel is ideally located. It’s spotless. All appliances, including the tv worked fine. Only surprise was there were no pillows on the bed when we arrived. This was remedied immediately. We’d definitely stay here again when in the area.
I was part of a bridal party who was getting ready at the hotel and staying in a room the same night. I arrived at 9 am to meet up with the bridal party. I talked with JM the receptionist about checking in a little bit early due to the bridal party leaving for the venue before check in could happen.
