Rory the property manager was most helpful for checking in and providing clear and complete instructions for operating the various items in the apartment. "When I took a taxi and reached the Pogas suites for check in There was nobody and I called the owner he said the property is under renovation and I asked for refund he told me contact to the Expedia . I paid the extra for the another to stay and find a room. Please kindly refund my amount. Thanks."

"Basically a scam. The property rang us on the morning of check-in, cancelled the reservation and said it would process a refund. Then refused to refund us after I had to chase hotels.com. Do not use this property or anything associated with it."
