Room was nice there was no conditioner which really in a 5 star hotel should be always checked. Also my benefits was not given or welcomed which again shouldn’t be happening in a 5 star hotel.

Check in went smoothly Staff helpful Although this time we not given an Expedia discount voucher for the restaurant as we have in the past I asked for one and was told they dont do that now
