"I liked the breakfast buffet! What I didn’t like was the following: 1st of all the rooms compared to the pics on the website are very deceiving. Once we checked in and inspected the room the towels and wash clothes were dingy not white and clean looking. We went out and purchased our own. The stove , one of the eyes was burnt out. And sparked when you turned it on. The siding door, the latch was broken. Rooms need some serious upgrades! We pulled up to check in. There’s a lady out side beating up a car with a tire iron…. No security in sight! I will not be returning EVER!"

"This is a very misrepresented property. I have many many pictures to show the condition of the room that we were given. The beds were horrible. They were so bouncy and spongy with no support. But there were pieces of drywall out black marks on the wall poor poor workmanship in the bathroom remodel. I have pictures. It was just terrible."

"Nice clean hotel. Nice pools. Funny policies on debit/credit card. They would not allow my wife (who was with me and had her ID) pay the resort fees of on her card. This led to overly complicated check-in and might prevent us from staying in the future. We have never had this problem with Ocean Reef down the street. Also, someone kept ding dong ditching our door in the middle of the night. Security being more present would have prevented this Overall not a horrible stay but probably wouldn't return to this location "

"The rooms were very clean. The beds comfortable. Enjoyed the ocean view balcony. Loved the complimentary breakfast buffet tickets. The breakfast was wonderful with many selections of food. Enjoyed the DVD rental card with many selections of movies. Liked having the laundry facility to wash our clothes before leaving. The bathroom was quite small and shower curtain wouldn't stay closed when showering but we made it work. Didn't like that housekeeping didn't clean the room while we were there. The floors could have used mopping after tracking sand in from the beach. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall this is a great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again."
