"Everything was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was even better than in the restaurants in the city, and the breakfast had a great variety. The service was excellent, dinner was brought directly to our room. "Very basic, uncomfortable bed, room never got warm, curtains don’t close and the desk was not suitable to work on as it didn’t even fit a laptop on. Breakfast was very minimal - just a couple of bread rolls and cakes. Staff were rude on check out - raising his voice at me as he explained he was charging 40 euros extra for my daughter’s breakfast. Clearly he made up the price as one bread roll and a glass of water for 40 euros is ridiculous. Overall barely a 3 star - don’t expect friendly service or a breakfast you want to eat again. "The staff were super friendly and helpful. They really tried to help out with everything. We're also very pleased with the room and the bed. Comfortable and nice standard, even though the TV was the smallest monitor I've ever seen. We weren't there to watch TV anyway, so we didn't care. Last plus is the breakfast. Normally continental breakfasts can be sugar and coffee only. But they had a small, but great selection of cheese, ham, bacon, scrambled eggs and bread. "

"This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was amazing, service in the hotel was above expectations. The food choices at breakfast was the best I had on the trip. I would 100% stay here again, and already planning another trip for next year! Parking was a little tight and needs more than a 3 point turn (more like an 11 point turn), but it is underground. "
