Hotels near Track 21

"They bought an old hotel, slapped some paint on it, put some fancy bling on & called it a "boutique" hotel. What an insult to a boutique hotel! I paid for a king apartment room but at check-in he said my room was on the 3rd floor but the elevators were broken. I asked for the same type room on the first floor, he gave me the key cards but never told me he put me in a smaller studio room, which was cheaper but didn't refund me the difference! I get into the room and it's humid. The air is on and blowing ice cold air but after 15 minutes I'm sweating but cold. The bed was uncomfortable, the couch was even more uncomfortable, the "dining" chairs were cheap plastic chairs & the bathroom was gross. Rusty toilet paper holder, NO HOT WATER, the shower curtain sticks to you the whole time you're in their "make shift" shower! Should I talk about the rubber band holding down the utensil basket in the dishwasher or move on to waking up to a bug staring at me? The bug - on my way to getting something to clean the bug up, I was greeted by the weirdest looking spider! I've been up for minutes & I'm battling bugs! I called down to for new towels, apparently cleaning rooms here isn't a thing! I was told to bring my dirty towels to the front desk & whatever I turn in I can get replaced. I thought this was a hotel not a motel! Compost Inn or whatever it is that you call this motel, you got my money once but you better believe you won't get it again! The prices are cheap & now I know why!"

"Do NOT book to stay at this hotel if you are traveling. They have roaches! My kids & I were stay there for. 2 nights & upon the 2nd day there was a roach in the bathroom that I had to kill. It was disgusting! I went to complain about it at the front desk there was literally little to no help! The girl at the front desk was acting like she was scared to contact the manager that I requested to speak with about the situation! I wanted to be compensated some of my money back for the disgusting conditions & live roaches and was told that I would have to email guess relations. I wasn’t able to talk to the property manager at all. I also have photos of the roach, And when I checked out Sunday morning the front desk staff was very nasty & rude! Heated exchange with Staff members.Do NOT waste your money at this slum of a hotel and their rude staff. Housekeeping doesn’t speak any English & if you need help they aren’t helpful at all. I highly DO NOT recommend!"

"changed of room two times, toilet clogged, no TV, no person at frondesk at night, can you imagine an emergency???? some roaches, only because I made reservation by expedia, I couldnt ask for my money back."

"Roach infested room, staff was super helpful nice and polite. But definitely was a big mistake as soon as we got to the room roaches started crawling out and we were able to get are money back."

"First room the toilet wouldn't flush and there was no water in the tank, ROACHES and stains in tub. room was filthy and the clerk was extremely rude. Had to wait 45 min to ck in bc there was no one there. 2 employees arrived and couldn't start because doors were locked and no one was there. 2 room no TV, extremely noisy people kept me awake all night including one man that knocked then sounded on my door only to realize he had the wrong room. No phone to call the rude clerk to tell."
