Being that this was a Marriott, I honestly expected better. The hotel was showing its age, you can tell that it's an older building, however it was clean. The front desk staff were always friendly and willing to help every time. I stayed on the 7th floor (I'm guessing I got an upgraded suite due to being a gold member), the room did not have a suitcase bench. The fridge barely worked, didn't really keep drinks that cold and the washroom seems to lack a ventilation fan, windows fogged after a shower including that mirrors outside the washroom (I had requested for this to be checked, but there was no change). Also the hotel is right next to a freeway so expect lots of noise. The custom menu OS in the TV was very clunky, very hard to navigate once you want to change the channel. The breakfast options were very limited, mostly geared towards people who eat pork, unfortunately we don't. On the last day, my wife found an insect in one of the cereal dispensers to which she showed the staff, they didn't change the cereal and left it as is which was shocking. The stay was without issues though, I had no issues navigating in and out, but I wouldn't stay here again, you could get everything they have in a cheaper hotel in my opinion.

Excellent hotel on I-10 in Houston

Houston Marriott Energy Corridor was an excellent hotel. The location is easy to access, the facility was beautiful and the staff was great. I will definitely stay in this location in the future.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and each time it does not disappoint. The breakfast is awesome. The staff are very helpful. It is conveniently located and the rooms are quiet.

If I could give them a 100 I would. We had the best relaxation there. It was our anniversary, and we had a delightful time. Plus, the room was very beautiful, clean and spacious and I am very pleased with the price, it easily could have been tripled the price. We would definitely be back.

Excellent. Check in staff were so very nice and Hector in the restaurant extremely helpful. Only problem was the toilet in our room did not flush very well. Not enough water pressure.
