"Very small / low doors into room and extremely tiny bathroom. Rooms were very clean and personnel very friendly.
Not much to do in the area around the hotel (which we were aware of before booking) but good hotel for flights into or from Nagoya Komaki Airport. "

"Great location that is adjacent to Nagoya station as well as shopping and restaurants. If I may give one suggestion, I wish there was a coin laundry room in the hotel. The weather has been so hot and needed to change clothes twice a day. The laundry service is a bit pricey and I would rather do my own laundry instead of using the laundry service. Please consider. "
"Hotel is very close to the station. Breakfast was meh - just a donut, pastry and coffee from the mister donut (630yen). I believe I paid more than that as an addition through my booking so I think it is better to just skip it or pay the cafe directly. Room was nice and spacious and clean."
