"Rooms are nothing like pictured it’s like staying in an old motel good location near the airport but that’s about it their are a lot of other choices in the area & you would be better off choosing any one of them"

"Parking was very easy to get into. Staff during check-in/out were great, very polite and helpful. The room was very clean upon arrival. Breakfast was very good! The waffles were our favorite & there was a good juice/coffee selection. Will definitely visit again if we are in the area!"

"It was very clean, gym facility was great. Pool was simple and clean. Great stay for our trip to Buffalo for usa states gymnastics . Seems to be where all the sports teams stay. Very family friendly atmosphere."

"Overall, great property. Our toilet got plugged on the last day and when I called for a plunger, i was told 10-15 minutes as she was the only one at the desk. I waited 15 then, since I was on a time crunch, I walked down to see if I could just take it myself and was given attitude and told it would be another 10-15 until the maintenance came in. I waited in my room another 10 and just went downstairs and used the lobby restroom. When I got back up, she was waiting by the elevator with the maintenance guy and handed me the plunger. I took care of the problem in less than 5 minutes and ended up almost being late to the graveside service because of it. Other than the woman working Monday morning, the rest of the staff were pleasant or at least neutral, the facilities were nice, and I had a good stay."

"Breakfast was just ok, bland. Facilities worker was rude. Rooms should have a microwave and also a bathroom fan."

"The breakfast was bad....not what is expected. The guy said they had had a problem with the food supplier for about a week and it showed. Orange juice was basically water. The warming trays were there but no food in them?? No packaged muffins, English muffins, just bagels. Also, no yogurt."
