Good and convenient location close to city centre and train station with parking available on-street nearby. We had adjoining rooms - quite small but did the job as we only stayed one night but while passing through. They accept dogs which is a plus and limits our choices. Helpful staff. We didn’t have breakfast as there are some lovely patisseries in the town.

If you are looking for a convenient property by the Tours train station, then this place is for you! If you want an active night life or nearby restaurants, this place is NOT for you. Rooms and shower are small, even by European standards. Hôtel checkin was supposed to be noon, but it was after 15:00 before our room was ready.

Pleasant stay, friendly staff

The hotel is convenient for the station, the breakfast buffet was very good, the evening menu is limited. The staff were super friendly. The bedroom was small, the bathroom and shower tiny. Disappointed there was no kettle in room but I would stay again.

Usual Ibis hotel fayre. The air conditioning in our room 507 was so weak we had to sleep with the windows open. If you are like me and no stranger to 3 square meals a day, the shower cubicle may be a tight fit!

Personel at reception friendly but only spoke French. After a long journey no drinks available at bar. It was only a couple of minutes after 11 pm. Personel didn't seem very involved about any issues of client. Besides of that the room was very tiny and not to speak about the bathroom. This is really unconfortable to move around.

Der Fernseher war von einem Gast zuvor komplett vom Strom-Netz genommen, hinter der Holzverbauung, das sollte repariert werden. Sonst war das Zimmer ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Bei der Hitze war die leicht kühlende Belüftung soweit ok.
