"We rented a room at the last minute for a low price. This is not a typical hotel. We learned that we had been expected to bring our own linen, and we would [will?] be charged a cleaning fee if the room is not clean enough. Massive space for cost. This is an event cluster of apartments, and the management is not quite set up for smooth per diem rentals. All things considered, a pleasant stay and we navigated the lack of short term rental support."

"Quirky building hidden amongst others. Beautiful old staircase and lovely open air terrace, which was wonderful to sit in the sun with a beer. Nice clean room. Downside was having to use WhatsApp as a key to get into the building and the room. Clever but as traveling we didn't have WiFi or mobile data and so was forced to use our mobiles abroad and at a cost. Would have preferred a key. The breakfast included was extremely poor, some stale bread and butter and a couple of burnt croissants. Find...

Source d'amélioration - Accueil compliqué car hôtel difficile à trouver par manque de signalétique particulière et personnel pas trop formé à l'accueil Hôtelier(Facturation, paiement sur place,...). "Good and convenient location close to city centre and train station with parking available on-street nearby. We had adjoining rooms - quite small but did the job as we only stayed one night but while passing through. They accept dogs which is a plus and limits our choices. Helpful staff. We didn’t have breakfast as there are some lovely patisseries in the town."

"Wknd breakfasts start late: 8;30 and I am already out the door. AND rooms don't have coffee or tea setups but do have kitchens? Pool and fitness center also had limited hours. Wanted to do an AM swim but it opened AFTER breakfast? Location was good and thankfully there is a grocery next door."

"We stayed as a family of four. There were building works ongoing, which we did not know about before, but were informed of immediately when we checked in. The dining room and bar were not available but the hotel did offer a breakfast bag option as an alternative. The room itself was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and there was aircon and a fan provided which was good. The bathroom was also very clean and well equipped. The location is great, a 10 minute walk into the centre of Tour and we managed to park on the street outside the hotel for free. We booked through Hotels.com and the booking said we got a free drink on arrival, we were not offered that but I assume that is because of the maintenance works."
