"The pool was nice, there were many different pools from kids pool, adult pool, and waterslides as well as a pool that overlooks the ocean. Was very beautiful. The grounds and the maintenance they do to keep it beautiful is astonishing. We had a great couples massage at the spa which was probably one of the best I have had. The food was good they can improve on different varieties rather than the same thing everyday, but still good. On my vacation I did however injure myself and no ambulance was called. I did suffer a concussion and possible face fracture waitin on my results. That part they may want to work on since I was past the point of sober. I feel their staff could have done more to assist me. All and all the resort was great. I do not blame staff for the incident, I just wish they would have called an ambulance to have me seen right after. Insurance or not( which I did have). Still have 4 stars because it was great there and I would go back again. "

"The front lobby area is a let down compared to the rest of the property. It feels chaotic, however the service is excellent. We loved the beach area the most. Some of the people were getting over served at the poolside swim up bar. It became so loud we could hear them at the beach. It was spring break timeframe. The servers at every meal were excellent. The food was very good. We would stay again. "

"I really wanted to love this place, but after our stay I walked away with some serious mixed feelings and I am honestly not sure I would return. The staff was absolutely excellent and every person we encountered was friendly and attentive, and the views from the property were also quite beautiful. The coffee bar was fantastic and quickly became our favorite spot each morning. However, the hotel food was disappointing and fell well below what we expected. The better on-site restaurants had very limited seating and operated within short windows, which created a situation where guests were standing in line waiting for dinner at 4:30 in the afternoon, which is not the relaxing vacation experience anyone hopes for. The family pool was freezing cold and guests were allowed to claim the already limited lounge chairs by simply placing a towel on them even when they were nowhere around, making it nearly impossible to find a spot for your belongings. The adult pool was a much better experience and we recommend heading there instead. The mattresses in the rooms felt like sleeping on concrete slabs, making it very hard to get a decent night of rest after a long day. There are some enjoyable elements here but between the food, the dinner lines, the pool situation, and the uncomfortable beds, it is hard to give a strong recommendation and I am not sure we would make the trip back."

"First night A/C (room 2106B) did not work. Second night moved to another room (2403B) with loud noises from in-suite refrigerator and / or pipes. No sleep. Staff is nice. Property is “tired” and needs refurbishment. Restaurant food is notably low quality with no love or flair. We were served raw dough churros and told only after we sent them back their fryer was too hot to make them. "

"room was wrong configuration , we asked for two queens and got one king. it did have a hide-a-bed. smaller property than most dreams, food option were therefore limited. food was good, but beach was in permanent black flag status, as the ocean is angry in that stretch. preferred rooms did not have butler service as is typical at this family of resort."
