"From the moment we stepped foot in the door, we knew we had made a great choice in selecting this hotel. The professionalism of the staff, the warm welcome at check-in, the guest relations manageress kindly showing us the facilities, the high class furnishings and the facilities all reaffirmed the reviews we had seen online. I could go on an on about the place, but if you're looking for a true 5* establishment with ultra all inclusive, a great location, top class cuisine and very comfortable beds, look no further. "Check in was an absolute disaster- they had no confirmation of booking from Expedia. They refused to accept my confirmation and requested payments as a holding fee. Food - hit and miss, had better. Decent rooms and facilities. Not for me going forward."
