Salve, sinceramente non mi aspettavo che andassi così bene , ho prenotato per 5 giorni una stanza standard con vista mare, avevo un po’ di timori visto che in tanti hotel era difficile avere la vista mare, per poi avere la sorpresa di trovarsi in una camera grandissima con tutti gli confort , e ovviamente con una splendida vista mare, la camera pulitissima , il letto grandissimo e comodo, le pulizie si facevano ogni giorno, il hotel in sé pulito e ben tenuto, molto elegante anche , ambiamo scelto una mezza pensione cioè colazione e cena, il cibo era sempre diverso ogni giorno, è buono Abbiamo optato anche per un massaggio nella spa , che dire ottimo, molto brave le ragazze , specialmente la ragazza che arriva dal Indonesia , che non ricordo il nome.( un po’ caro, ma ci sta ogni tanto) . Il personale del ristorante molto gentile e pronto a rispondere a le nostre domande curiose, un po’ meno il personale della reception , che manco un saluto ti davano, sembravano quasi scocciati di dover vedere le persone. Siamo arrivati la sera tardi per via del lungo viaggio in auto, e hanno “ dimenticato “ di dirci che il secondo giorno c’era il mercato, e a la mattina ci siamo trovati che dal balcone non vedevamo più l’auto dove lo avevamo parcheggia , ,un po’ di paura , ma poi la auto era stata spostata leggermente piu in là. ( anche se sul sito c’è scritto che il parcheggio ce ) a la fine , si parcheggia dove si può. Tutto sommato , consiglio il hotel 😀 grazie

Fint hotel men drar ikke tilbake

Hotellet er forholdsvis nytt og holder bra standard. Rent og pent overalt. Veldig fornøyd med rommet. Ikke veldig imponert over buffeten, mye smakløs mat og mye av det samme hver dag. De slet med å lage en sprø toast til frokost og mange av de unge ansatte forstår ikke engelsk. A la carten var meget bra! Damen som hver dag jobbet i snackbaren var veldig hyggelig. Må også nevne den tyrkiske damen som sitter på gulvet og lager fantastiske tyrkiske brød. Service og humør hos de ansatte varierte stort. De i resepsjonen var alt annet enn vennlige, var aldri et smil eller et hei å få. Noen dager på stranda var servicen grei, andre dager så vi ikke ansatte og måtte selv gå opp i baren ved bassenget. Sto 15 minutter i baren uten at noen ansatte kom. Hjelper ikke med voksenhotel når nabohotellet er overfylt med skrikende unger morgen og kveld, disse tok seg også til rette på hotellets område på stranda. Life guarden forsøkte å få de vekk, igjen var språkvansker en utfordring. Veldig fornøyd med hotellets spa, var der flere ganger. Fint med all inclusive, men vær obs på enkelte ting. Kun 1 besøk på a la carten og bare simple drinker med 1 eller 2 isbiter er inkludert. Kjente drinker kostet penger, godt over hundrelappen stykket.

Tam manasıyla eşsiz.

Oluşan en ufak soruna bile hızlı ve yerinde müdahale eden, tüm personelin güler yüzlü olduğu harika bir mekan. Gittik, kaldık, çok da memnun ayrıldık. Konumu, çevresi her şey harika. Temizlik konusunda ise gerçekten eşsiz bir işletme.

Mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Tüm personellerin ilgi alakası ve iletişimi çok iyiydi. Bu yüzden geçen yılın ardından bu sene de tercih ettik. Hatta geçen yıldan daha iyi bir hizmet aldığımızı söyleyebilirim. Yemekler, içecekler ve diğer tüm hizmetler gayet iyiydi. Eksiklik olarak ekleyebileceğim oda temizliği daha iyi olabilirdi. Çok konforlu ve tatmin edici bir yetişkin oteli.

Restoran personelinden temizlik personeline, resepsiyon görevlisine, herkesin eline sağlık. Çok güzel bir güler yüzle ağırlandık. Personelin verdiği hizmet sizi rahat hissettiriyor. Doğum günümün kutlanması için oldukça anlayışlı ve güler yüzlü şekilde yardımcı oldular, minnettar olduk. Havuzu gayet güzel. Uzun süre güneşlenebilirsiniz. Yetişkin oteli olması sayesinde havuz restoran gibi ortak alanların kullanımı oldukça rahat. Yatakları ve yastıkları çok rahat. Kahvaltılık ürünlerinin çoğu üst kalite ürünlerdi. Ürün çeşitliği oldukça fazla. Kesinlikle tatmin olursunuz. Misafir profili oldukça iyi. Otel durumu, personel veya misafirlerden sebep rahatsız olabileceğiniz hiç bir şey yok. Alanya’nın kale tarafına araç ile 10 dk, fakat bulunduğu konum da rahatlıkla dolaşma ve özellikle alışveriş için vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir konum.
