"There had been a misunderstanding when I book this room. Since I was traveling with my adult daughter, (father/daughter) two beds were necessary. The hotel was full and our room was one bed, under one sheet. I was not thrilled with the prospect of finding another hotel at the last minute. Not to worry. Young Cleo took care of everything. She spent the next 30 minutes separating the beds and making the beds with the appropriate sized linen. In addition to this extraordinary effort, Miss Cleo has/had the most delightful personality. She was the absolute best. She may have moved on, but the next time I’m on the west shoreline of Lago di Garda, I will definitely stay at Villa Cappellina, just because of Cleo."
