The Villa is simply beautiful. The view of Lake Garda is amazing, It can be see from the pool to the breakfast Terrace. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. Definitely recommend it!

Bellissima!

One of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed in. The villa faces lovely Lake Garda with wide views of other villas on hillsides. We had a corner room with a terrace looking out at the lake. It was very spacious. We slept well. Francesco is a wonderful host.The breakfast was wonderful with generous offerings of meats, cheeses, pastries, etc.

A dream vacation in a charming villa on the lake with a huge pool. Exceptional welcome service from Ilary. Hearty breakfast. A quiet place, not even ten rooms, but with access to the lake in different places. Service at the bar and the presence of dogs 🐶 in the structure made it really homey. If I could dream of anything to make it even better it would be a boat to rent, since the hotel already has a pier.

AWFUL

PLEASE AVOID! I booked a junior suite and was shown to what can only be described as a mouldy shed called the Annex. It stank of damp, mould and as if something had died. The floor was wet and the windows were taped up. After seeing the shed, I told the receptionist that I not pay for this room, I had paid for the Suite. I was then told that someone had already been checked into that room, that all other rooms were full and that I had to sleep in the shed - despite my booking AND payment confirmed for the Suite months before. After a lot of back and forth, the manager offered me a E50 refund - not even a third of the price I paid originally. I had to find elsewhere to sleep that night, as the ‘room’ was not fit for use. It was disgusting. The hotel itself, as well as the shed at the end of the garden, is run down, old and not maintained. I am honestly appalled. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Le lieu est très beau mais la chambre dans la dépendance sent l’humidité, pas de wifi fonctionnel et salle de bain sale. Petit déjeuner très bien. La piscine et peu entretenue et les transats sont sales et de faible qualité. Le liner est sale.

Fantastiskt utsikt och personal, men lite slitet.

Fantastiskt läge intill Gardasjön, och personalen var supertrevlig och hjälpsam, 5 stjärnor till dom! Man behöver dock ta bilen till närmsta by 1 km bort för restaurang och liknande. Rummet börjar bli lite slitet, men poolen och läget är som sagt magiskt fint

Als je op zoek bent naar een unieke bed & breakfast dan ben je hier op de juiste plek! Vergane glorie, op een bijzondere plek direct aan het Gardameer. Het zwembad was netjes en schoon, net als de kamer met eigen terrasje (achterstallig onderhoud dat wel , niks luxe meer aan). De sfeer van een villa uit de jaren 50. Het ontbijt divers en lekker. Geen drankjes, diner of andere hotel faciliteiten. (Geen 4-sterrenhotel (meer)). Het is maar net waar je op rekent.

Traumhafte Lage! Wir werden wiederkommen!

Unglaublich tolle Lage direkt am See. Lädt zum Entspannen und Träumen ein. Das Personal (Francesco) war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam! Die Ein- und Ausfahrt zum Hotel ist etwas schwierig durch die stark befahrene und schlecht einsehbare Hauptstraße. Selbst die Unterbringung im "Poolhaus" des Hotels war absolut nicht zu kritisieren!

Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, die ganze Einrichtung und Anlage ist etwas angestaubt und hat viel Spielraum nach oben. Das Frühstück ist sehr spärlich, die Croissants aber lecker. Der Badesteg lädt nicht zum verweilen ein. Der Pool ist nicht sehr sauber. Der Herr an der Rezeption ist sehr langsam aber immer sehr höflich. Es wird kein Service angeboten, man kann aber bis ca 19 Uhr Kaffee oder Wein, Bier etc bekommen. Ohne Auto kann man die Anlage nicht verlassen, die Küstenstraße bietet keinen Fußweg über einen langen Abschnitt. Für Kinder absolut ungeeignet, mit Hunden ist man dort sehr willkommen. Die Unterkunft hat wahrscheinlich ihre besten Jahre hinter sich und man erwartet wesentlich mehr für den Preis!

Horrible

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Une odeur horrible vous accueille dès l’entrée dans cet hôtel vieillot, et vous suit jusque dans la chambre défraîchie. Les lits sont inconfortables, la piscine fermée était vraiment sale et le petit déjeuner très basique. Et pour couronner le tout faites très attention car l’hôtel va vous faire payer deux fois la nuit. Les propriétaires sont désagréables et malpolis.
