Breakfast is delivered the prior night which makes planning the early morning trips easy. "Stayed 4 nights and this is an amazing way to experience Torres Del Paine. We’d spend hours just staring at the view from the hotel. But it was also so easy to access the various hikes and sights of the park. The food was consistently good (some of the best we had on our trip through South America) and the staff was so friendly and professional. On-site trekking company meant we always had the choice to do something, although we had a car so could venture off on our own too. Hopefully we’ll be back."
"I paid directly through Expedia in full and they attempted to charge the full amount to my credit card I had given for security as well. Why would they attempt to charge the full amount of my stay AFTER I’ve left? It was obviously already paid for in full weeks prior upon my arrival or why would they have let me check in ……Also please take note that there is NO WIFI. No way to contact your loved ones. The view is non existent from the property. I was extremely disappointed, I spent $900 and the yoga class was supposed to be an hour, it was barely 30 minutes. "
