" No one seemed to know the correct timings for snacks, and access to the spa comes at an additional cost. The pools are uncomfortably cold and should be heated. The gate by the pool leading to the beach does not work with the hotel key card, which is inconvenient. Deposits for items such as the private lift key are cash-only, which is unreasonable—card payments should be accepted. Dinner is served far too late each evening, and the breakfast eggs were excessively oily, to the point they were swimming in it."
