Loved having “The Level” access. Perfect for breaks back at the hotel, nice staff, and not a terribly crowded poolside experience. Definitely worth the upgrade.

The staff send us three times away while we wanted to check in because it wasn’t 02:00 P.M. even though we wrote them two weeks in advance that we will arrive earlier than expected and they said it would be okay. Apart from that was the stay very comfortable and the rooms were amazing. The breakfast had a wide range of goodies only the eggs were half raw

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms, good meals, friendly staff, nice swimming area. 1 dislike: the Level area is not accessible to all guests, which gives you an A-guest and B-guest experience.
