Nice hotel

The pool area was nice, but the indoor spa was too cold. Very good food - buffet considering, but not a very effektive system at the restaurant entrance. Very good service: had a water damage from above, but they quickly fixed it and offered us a bottle of champagne as apology. Sweet cleaning crew that left candy for my daughter. Overall a nice hotel and a good experience.

Great hotel and great facilities for families. Indoor pool a god send for our baby as outdoor pool was too cold and deep for her to splash in. Staff all really friendly and so kind to our daughter. Breakfast amazing, so many options. Lady cooking the eggs so happy and pleasant.

Good value for money

We only stayed one night, nice indoor pool and partial ocean view was great. Room was a bit worn out, but hotel overall was clean and in the nice quiet neighborhood. At reception they did charce deposit from towels, but didn't offer ropes wich woud have been nice to have since it's "spa" hotel.

The aparthotel is family oriented with very good miniclub and kids activities, this is the biggest plus for us. The indoor pool is excellent as well, although the water depth is quite deep so might not be suitable for non-swimmers. The half board options are reasonably good as well. The cooking quality for dinner however still have some room for improvement.

Great Family Resprt

My family very much enjoyed our stay! We wished we were on the beach but it was a five minute walk. The food was good and my six year old said it was the best food he’d ever eaten (chocolate fountain, pizza, churros). I wish we had known about all the many things happening at the resort because we probably missed most. Mini disco must for all families with littles. So cute!

This hotel is fantastic, I write this review from the hotel whilst waiting on my wife. We are here for 5 x nights All-inclusive. Food really good, plenty of options, drinks and deserts have plenty of options. Rooms are very well kept, plenty of room, cleaned often. Staff are fantastic. Isabel on reception was very very helpful,. Chef Yasmina and Sandra done a beautiful sea food soup. Really lovely. Bar staff are brilliant. This hotel is 4 Star, and is a strong one at that. It doesn't claim to be 5 star... Yet there's not much I'd change about it. Big thumbs up from us.

Fabulous Hotel for family holiday

A great place for a family holiday. Ideally located close to the beach at the quieter end of the town and only a short ride from the airport. The outdoor pools are lovely and just the right depth for kids of all ages. The pools and deck were cleaned down each morning before use. The organised entertainment and activities both day and night were great fun, Natasha and Matteo especially were very engaging. The Friday foam party in the pool was a highlight. Food in general is great, the restaurant is well organised and efficient. There is a huge choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a different theme each night, some of the specialties were a bit disappointing, especially Italian night but still plenty of quality food to choose from. Rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning kicked in quickly to keep the room at a lovely temperature. All of the staff in the hotel were super professional and very friendly.

AMAZING STAY!

We had an amazing stay at Benalmedena Palace that exceeded all of our expectations! The staff were very friendly and approachable, our bedroom was lovely with a beautiful balcony & they made our celebrations very special. We would highly recommend anybody looking for a relaxing stay, to come to this hotel! Thank you for everything.
