"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two days prior to boarding a cruise. We had an incredible stay. The communication with Marlene prior to our stay was exceptional. She answered all of my questions and arranged for transportation from the airport to the hotel and also to the cruise terminal for us. Orlando, our driver was amazing and very personable. We were able to communicate via a phone app that translated for both of us..We spoke no Italian and he spoke very little English but we managed to carry on a great conversation. Live technology. The staff at the hotel were excellent and so very helpful. They worked as a team. The on site restaurants food was of the highest quality. It was so phenomenal we ate all three main meals there. They also offered a lovely breakfast. This was definitely like finding a needle in a haystack for us. It is very rare to get service like this anymore. We are so happy we came across this little gem! We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again. It was also meticulously clean, large room and had a lovely pool and courtyard. "

"It was beautiful and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful he made our navigation of the transit system seamless. The room was very nice ans the Balcony was huge ans the views were breathtaking 10/10 would recommend !The only con was the breakfast 24euro for coffee and donut was a lot. "

"The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit. The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods. Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls. Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations. Great job!"

" We stayed there for 4 nights We received a not very clean apartment with minimal consideration Not even a single tea bag. The place does not provide a towel change service and for the entire period we only gave 2 rolls of toilet paper. The place is beautiful and nice"

"Beautiful place and confortable. The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. No one replied. The reception is usually alone, and at check out they were charging me 1 night like I had no booking! I got a message from Luigi more than 24hrs after one of my messages saying they waited for me til midnight! But then they were charging me like a walk in guest. Anyway… not what I was expecting. Try their wines! Il marrugio rocks in that."
