"Staff was very friendly and helpful always with a smile. Rooms were very large and comfortable, however bathroom was very tight relative to room size. A light in our room was not working, but it was fixed within a day. Enjoyed lounging in the beautiful common area which looked like it came out of a Restoration Hardware catalog. AC was adequate, but would have liked it a bit cooler. Understandable though because the temperature outside was very hot and we needed to keep our shutters closed during the day. Nice breakfast even with American coffee. All in all a great stay for our family."

"Very friendly man at reception. He obviously cares about his guests, and does what he can to help them enjoy their time in Civitavecchia, such as offering a shuttle service to the cruise terminal, or recommending places to eat. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean, and quiet. Beds are on the harder side (which I prefer), so I had a perfect night’s sleep."

"The property manager, Fiorella was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Before we arrived, she sent us all the information to access the property as well as maps of the area so it was easy to get around. When we arrived, she greeted us at the room and showed us around. It had a coffee maker, mini fridge with water and juice, some treats for us to snack on and a nice flat screen tv. The room was quite nice. When we left, my husband forgot his electric converter and she contacted us to let us know. We ran back to get it before we had to leave for our cruise. I will definitely stay there again when we return to the area. Grazie!!!"

"I loved the pillows, they are some of the best pillows ever. Honestly the property is in an excellent location, near the harbor for those of you going on or returning from cruises, and the manager was very helpful with everything from check in to getting me a ride to the cruise port. Just a note, the entry for the property doesn't stand out from the other entrances on the building, but the manager is helpful, and the locals will show you right where to go - very helpful and good experience overall."

"I have just had a marvellous stay in this accommodation. From the moment of booking, everything went well. Anna kept us informed of arrangements. She organised transport from the airport with the lovely Giovanni, to the apartment. The accommodation was spacious, clean and had everything for your stay. It also had air con and free WiFi. Additional snacks, tea , water and coffee were provided. She recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner which was splendid. You are close to the port, shops and restaurants. We were also collected in the morning and transported to the cruise terminal. Highly recommended."

"This is a fairly basic hotel which is why it's very good value for money. The location could not be better, situated on the sea front between the station and the port. The rooms are clean and fine for a few nights stay. Some have an excellent sea view. The breakfast room is very pleasant. The staff are always helpful. An excellent choice of you are looking for a hotel before embarking on a cruise."

"Hotel is located in a beautiful seaside location. Rooms were a little spartan but were a good size for Europe. Air conditioning was excellent! Included breakfast was continental but had a nice selection of fruit, breads and pastries. On site restaurant was very good will exceptional of the sea. We enjoyed our stay!"
