Abbey Sands Hotel
All the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly but the young man called Morgan, I believe, was exceptionally helpful. He moved me to a room which had fewer stairs to deal with and made a wonderful strawberry gin and tonic! I also enjoyed the chef’s vegetable lasagne.

TLH Derwent Hotel - TLH Leisure, Entertainment and Spa Resort
We had an enjoyable stay . The hotel is dated but it is clean and tidy . The staff are efficent and welcoming. Wr had breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant and found the food good, hot and plentyful .
