Great hosts, clean, tidy, great night’s sleep, parking right outside, loads of food and shops on same road. Breakfast was spot on with a great selection of hot and cold choices, definitely going back if I’m working in the area again.
We have just got back from a long weekend stay at Coastal Waters and would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to everyone. The room was immaculate, the proprietor very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast cooked to perfection!
Lovely, newly decorated room! Owners were lovely, very friendly and accommodating! Had breakfast on one of the days which was freshly cooked and very tasty!
Hotel conveniently located for the harbour!
Highly recommend this hotel…
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at coastal waters. The owner Raj was lovely to meet, room was comfy, clean and kept to an excellent standard. I would definitely stay again in the future. Breakfast was amazing, varied and well prepared. If I could give more than five stars I would. One of the best places I have stayed in.
The property manager amazing full of knowledge very friendly and so helpful.
Lovely breakfast, we had a lovely sunny room with a view of the harbour, easy walk to the waterside, highly recommend
We booked for a three night stay and we definitely made the right choice to stay … amazing host and our rooms we couldn’t fault … they are absolutely spotless and would come back again in the future.
We was greeted by the owners and treated like royalty.. our rooms where very clean and comfortable.. would highly recommend it has we will definitely be staying there again and it’s worth the price which includes car parking where other charge £9.50 per night … congratulations to the owners for making our stay so memorable and everything else.
Lovely b&b clean well presented friendly close to all shops and bars and harbour. Wish we had the breakfast. Parking would be an issue if the place was full in the coming months.
Very friendly welcome, nothing too much trouble. Very comfortable and immaculate room, excellent walk-in shower. Full English breakfast the best!. Well located for seafront and town centre.
Access to reception is via steps so perhaps not ideal for those with walking difficulties Otherwise highly recommended!
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional. My room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout my stay, which made it feel very comfortable and welcoming.
The location is another big plus. It’s conveniently close to public transportation, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. At the same time, the area is peaceful and quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. It’s also in a very walkable distance, with shops, cafes and attractions just a short stroll away.
Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located place to stay. I’d definitely return!
So close to the main areas yet only a short walk away so missing the noise and the hustle and bustle. Good restaurants within a cou[le of minutes walk.
We really enjoyed our stay at Costal Waters. We had a superior double room with a partial sea view. We heard no noise at all from the other rooms which is quite rare in B&B hotels. Very good spot for the harbour. The only issue for hotels along this stretch of road is that they are on a hill leading out of town so cars and lorries have to accelerate to climb the road which can be a bit noisy in the night - along with the gulls at the harbour! Request a back room if you are a light sleeper.
We had a wonderful stay at coastal waters room was spotless clean Raj and Susma are a lovely couple very informative and hard working breakfast was amazing you won’t get better in all of Torquay we had a fantastic time and would recommend very highly to everyone
It seems Hotel.com doesn’t pass on messages from their website to the actual hotel. We had written about dietary needs due to allergies and the manager said Hotel.com hadn’t informed him. Since there were other requests that weren’t passed along, the manager at hotel was kind enough to make it up to us. His thoughtfulness made the trip exceptional. Very clean. Good location. Bus stop, food shopping and restaurants are nearby. Walkable to beach, train station and other tourist attractions. Since husband likes to sleep in, we didn’t have the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. My only recommendation is more toilet paper.
