"This hotel is very very new and sadly some things didn't quite meet the bar. That's said the rooftop terrace is incredible the views are well worth it, the room was beautiful and the decor really in keeping with the coastal vibe. Sadly the restaurant service was not the best we waited 45mins to have our order taken and then again waited a long time for food to arrive."

"This amazing hotel well surpassed our expectations. Beautifully modernised and equipped with quality fittings everywhere. Our stay coincided with some sunny hot weather so the outdoor pool, jacuzzi and bar facilities were in full use but still plenty of sun loungers and great service. New indoor pool and spa were simply fabulous, very clean, quiet and well maintained. Breakfasts were that perfect combination of extensive help yourself cold buffet and freshly cooked to order hot food from a super menu including my favourite Eggs Benedict. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel with the rooms was very outdated. Horrible smell everywhere. Staff were nice and helpful though. We could only park behind the dirty building, car park full of rubbish. The walls were paper-thin, so we heard every conversation (it was rather a screaming between family members) and door slam in the hallway. Ruined our entire weekend. The room was filthy, with dust thick on the Cupboards, shelves, no hoovering was done, I had dirty towels. TV couldn’t be used. The price was very low but we definitely won’t go back again."

"The pre-welcome before we arrived with a phone call and email etc. advising of the entertainment schedule etc. was a fantastic touch, so was the professional manner of the staff member when I called to ask about an extra guest. On arrival however the welcome at the reception wasn't the warmest, both females on the front desk didn't look or sound the happiest but we're professional. We found our apartment which was very spacious however was showing signs of disrepair in places and lacking maintenance. Overall other than a few areas in which the cleaning hadn't been carried out; the apartment was perfect for our needs and great for a family of 4-5. It featured one large bedroom, with a separate living room off a hall with a TV, dining area, storage and a double sofabed. The bedroom had recently been decorated with a double and single bed, good to have USB sockets and power by the bed. The kitchen area was a good size however hadn't been cleaned properly. Nice sea view, and easy access to the car park and outdoor areas. We stayed room only so didn't eat breakfast, but the restaurant(s) looked good. We did eat lunch and had food at the pool bar (Aztec) the food was good and drinks were reasonably priced. The indoor pools are excellent and included, some work being undertaken to the carpark above, so good to see the scaffolding as a safety precaution above the pool. Facilities are excellent, plenty to do but the whole place needs some TLC Inc some safety hazards."

"We had a lovely stay, myself and my husband with our daughter and her partner we all said we will be back again, i have asked for a quote to bring our family down for my 60th birthday in June 2027 for 23 of us as there is so much to do at the hotel for the adults and our grandchildren, we ate both night's and couldn't Fault the food the lift was broken down but the hotel did notify us before we arrived and did give me a room below due to my arthritis so thank you again! Kind regards Diane Ferne"
