Excellent location. Cafe was perfect for breakfast and had great coffee. The staff was great. They're soing some lobby renovations but that didnt affect our stay. We were parked right beside the elevator so it was very convenient.

Elevators were too slow and always full. On the 11th floor, 7 elevators came by but we, 2 people, couldn't get on. So eventually we just walked down from the 11th floor. This happened 11am Sunday.
