InterContinental Toronto Centre by IHG
Waterfall was not functioning in the pool area, asked for a fork at front desk and never got one. Always felt like I had to tip the bellmen. Parking should be free if paying that much for a hotel room. Other than that, all the attractions that we wanted to see were in walking distance.
