"This specific hotel needs to be better with their communication when it comes to security deposits and if you can use another card to hold for incidentals. I just stayed at another Hilton property and I had no issues. For clarification, it wasn't just me, there were other couples and individuals that had to adjust their payments. It was a long line of unhappy people. Also, upon checking in, one of the counter reps had a bad attitude, all others were very pleasant. Lastly, my departing flight was at another airport and I ended up having to take an Uber to the correct airport. Lastly, this isnt anything the Hotel can really do but there was a large group with tons of kids who ran up and down the hallways, wasting ice on the floor and in the elevator making loud noises until midnight. I asked the front desk person and she said they can't complain to them. ok."
