However what we experienced was a fast and friendly service at reception, easy valet parking, a really clean and spacious room with very comfy bed and a great view. The hotel gave us everything we needed for our stay and we would definitely stay again if we are in Toronto."

"Great location (easy access to dining/shopping/metro), nice to have balcony access in our room, the room was clean, pool was nice (included a slide and hot tub) - my teen boys enjoyed it. Only negative was the check-in process (waited 20 minutes in a very long line), but once that was done we had a great stay"
