"I like the room is spacious. But I don’t like that there is no light at the full body mirror."

"The stay was amazing, but the second time around brought an unexpected surprise. We took the subway to the Eaton Centre, which was a quick ride and an ordinary walk through the city. Instead, we discovered that we could reach the mall without ever stepping outside — by walking through Toronto’s underground city. The walk was easily a mile, maybe a little less, but we didn’t even realize how far we were going because we were busy window-shopping along the way. We passed so many name-brand shops, restaurants, financial institutions, currency exchange locations, and even barbershops and nail salons, just in case you needed a little bit of pampering. Most of all, we felt safe. We passed various information officers along the way, and everything was very clean and well maintained. For me, the whole experience felt like something out of a movie I had seen before — but this time, it was real. You’re literally walking through a city underneath the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants, people, and everything you could possibly need. It was definitely one of those experiences that made the second visit even more memorable."

"Considering the hotel feels dated, it was very clean. The bed was comfortable. We stayed overnight and it was perfect."

"It was a very nice hotel and everyone was very nice and friendly. Getting water down the hall everytime was a little inconvenient. Wish they would provide bottled water. If you are not use to downtown Toronto they have a bike path right next to sidewalk. I was not aware of this seeing I’m from the US. Canada puts bikers before actual pedestrians. A biker ran into me and knocked me to the ground and then proceeded to cuss me out. There should be signs up warning people of these bike paths. Plus there were a bunch of vehicles parked on the left side so, they come flying out of no where! The bikers should be told to slow down especially when riding in front of hotels. I will be following up with the mayor who probably won’t care because it is Canada. Maybe I will phone President Trump!!"
