"Very kind staff and super helpful and patient, tha location is perfect, minutes from Eaton Centre and close to many restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay even though it was one night. This hotel is also so kids friendly, it's very rare to find a hotel suitable for adults AND kids especially downtown Toronto. Will be back for sure !"

"Breakfast was good but it took awhile. Going across the street was better. Gym is only a fitness room. A few weights and cardio equipment. Rooms are nice and the shower was great. Perfect location to walk to games CN Tower and Scotiabank. "
