"We recently stayed at your hotel as a family of four. The room was far too small, had a terrible odor, the AC was barely working, and the dining space was very limited. We were very disappointed with our stay."

"Everything in the Hotel was good. But the Hotels.com App doesn't tell you they are in the midst of a Security staff strike which the have blocked the road and you have to walk past with your luggage. Minor inconvenience for us but I still didn't like it. Worried the wife."
