CSR at front desk was incensitive
"Staff, The Agent at the front desk was not very friendly. He requested a credit card for deposit which was fine but then alluded to the fact that if I didn't have a card I would not be allowed to stay. I mentioned that I had already paid for the stay which he just dismissed saying " we will refund ..."
