"The location was perfect for our needs a car Is definitely required. The appartment didn’t have sufficient things to cook a basic meal. No oven or microwave and just a basic 2 pan hob. The pool is very nice and large. We had to ask for a toaster and kettle to be supplied. Overall we managed to get by but would have been perfect if more cooking items were provided. The view is beautiful from the balcony."

"Horrible staff, unhelpful for your prices I was shocked to have zero small bottles in room and to be charged for one coffee pod, using your in room machine which failed to heat water and then having an employee chase me through the parking lot for one Euro after just paying €254 for two rooms for one night. Rooms were sparsely outfitted, tv’s were far too small and channel selection very limited. Overall, a one star rip off. Recommend that the owner try a night in his property to see how bad it is"

"Nice rooms but pools were missing tiles. I had higher expectations of the restaurant for a five star hotel. Some of the local staff members were rude - especially this middle aged male server who almost yelled at me for wanting a drink. He messed up the drink anyway - ordered a Cabernet and he brought me white wine. The bellboy was very kind and helpful but the lady at the reception who checked us in was merely mean. Long wait times for everything. Tiny indoor pool."

"Conveniently located close to the beach. The room was clean, modern and comfortable - balcony was also nice. The amenities are great for a nice summer stay. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices, dinner was also very nice and excellent value. Krassimir at the front desk was very polite and attentive - all personnel were kind and greeted us every time. We will definitely stay here again when back in Varna."
